The Addison is also a landmark achievement with a romantic past because it was built on the former site of The Boca Raton Hotel Cabana Club created by Addison Mizner in the 1920's.
Just one-half mile south of the Boca Raton Inlet, The Addison's glistening curved towers grace Boca Raton's most beautiful oceanfront while its majestic presence along A1A accurately suggests a privileged lifestyle. Only one-hundred-seventy residents enjoy the world-class living found at The Addison - one of the most prestigious addresses in South Florida.
The Addison encompasses ten acres and commands nine hundred feet of pristine oceanfront. Personal security is unparalleled at The Addison. Its stunning entrance is secured twenty-four hours; the full time security staff is supported by electronic scanners and communication devices linking both indoor and outdoor security personnel, while each unit is linked to the central security station.
Addison residents enjoy the attention of a resident manager, concierge services, beach and pool attendants, twenty-four hour in house maintenance, maid service, valet parking, transportation service and car care.
Enhancing the privileged lifestyle are two heated pools, spas, cabanas, exercise rooms, intimate restaurant, snack bar pavillion at poolside and fabulous social facilities.
All residents enjoy direct ocean views and two elevators serve two residents for privacy. Floor plans include two and three bedroom apartments, penthouses and a limited number of double units. The residences offer between 2,156 and 6,000 square feet of air conditioned living space. Oceanside cabana baths are available with penthouse residences.
