The Addison encompasses ten acres and commands nine hundred feet of pristine oceanfront. Personal security is unparalleled at The Addison. Its stunning entrance is secured twenty-four hours; the full time security staff is supported by electronic scanners and communication devices linking both indoor and outdoor security personnel, while each unit is linked to the central security station.

BOCA POINTE

BOCA POINTE
The Community and Community Association Boca Pointe is a beautifully landscaped and maintained community located just outside the city limits of Boca Raton, in southern most Palm Beach County, Florida. It encompasses just over 1000 acres, consisting of 28 villages, Boca Pointe Country Club, and a commercial area known as Wharfside Shopping Village. The community was master planned by Markborough Properties, a division of The Hudson Bay Company of Canada, and development started in 1981 by selling tracts of property to residential builders who developed the individual neighborhoods or villages of Boca Pointe.
There are 3,432 homes within the various villages of Boca Pointe. They consist of condominiums, townhomes, patio homes, and single family detached homes. Each village is governed by its own documents and managed by its own village association board of directors. Two of our villages are assisted life care facilities; Stratford Court and Edgewater Pointe Estates. When included, our count of residential units totals 4044.
A lifestyle well beyond your expectations is waiting for you at Boca Pointe.
The Country Club: Although every resident of Boca Pointe is a member of the Community Association, membership in the Boca Pointe Country Club is optional. Only the Athletic Center allows for annual memberships to be purchased by non-residents. Boca Pointe Country Club is a separate entity from the Community Association, with its own Board of Governors, management, and employees. Although separate organizations, the management and staff of both work closely in order to maintain the landscaped beauty and lifestyle for which Boca Pointe has become renown. Boca Pointe Country Club facilities include the Athletics Center, the Main Clubhouse, an 18 hole golf course, and the Center Court Aquatics and Tennis Center.

BOCA RATON

Boca Raton still proudly reflects Mizner’s Spanish-Moorish building style. Incorporated as a municipality in 1925, Boca Raton’s original Town Hall is an historic focal point for the city. In 1967, IBM located in Boca Raton, ushering an era of economic and business development that continues today.
